Is there somewhere I can store my luggage at Union Station?
- Neither Union Station nor its transportation carriers offer baggage storage. If you are arriving with luggage, please plan accordingly.
Is there parking available?

I lost an item – how do I contact Lost & Found?
- If you left an item on a bus or train, you will need to contact the Transportation Provider directly. Click here for contact information.

Are bicycles allowed in the building?
- No. Bike racks are located at the main entrance on Frank B. Murray Street and a Sheltered Bike Rack is located on the busway. Please utilize the outdoor bike racks prior to entering the building.

- For any travel changes or issues, you will need to contact the travel provider directly for assistance.
